Month 2 — Embed Refine processes based on real-world feedback. Lead team adoption. Establish operational rhythms (reporting, check-ins, reviews) that keep things on track.

Month 3 — Sustain Hand over ownership to your team. Ensure systems are self-sustaining. Identify what to optimise next and build your ongoing operational cadence.
