The Ops Method Audit

Find out what's really happening behind the scenes — and what to fix first.

The Ops Method Audit is a structured operational review designed to give you an honest picture of how your business actually runs — not how you think it runs, or how you wish it ran.

Most founders I work with know something isn't right. They're busy, their team is busy, but things keep slipping. Decisions pile up. The same problems come back. Growth feels harder than it should.

The Audit cuts through that noise.

This is for you if:

  • Your business feels busy but lacks structure

  • You're the bottleneck in decisions or delivery

  • Systems and processes feel unclear or inconsistent

  • Growth is happening faster than operations can support

How the Audit Works

  1. Pre-Audit Questionnaire

You complete a structured diagnostic questionnaire that covers the five Ops Method pillars: Clarity, Structure, Systems, Execution, and Momentum. This takes about 15-20 minutes and gives me a detailed picture of where your business stands operationally.

  2. Deep-Dive Audit Session (60 minutes)

We meet (virtually or in person) and go through the results together. I walk you through your scores, we dig into the pressure points, and I identify the three biggest operational risks holding your business back.

  3. Your Audit Report & Roadmap

Within 5 working days, you receive a clear written report including:

  • Your Ops Method Scorecard (scored across all 5 pillars)

  • Your top 3 operational pressure points

  • Quick wins you can act on in the next 30 days

  • A prioritised 90-day action roadmap

  • A recommended next step (whether that's working with me further or not)

What makes this different

This isn't a generic checklist. The Ops Method Audit uses a proprietary diagnostic built on the same operational thinking I use to run a complex healthcare practice on Harley Street. It's designed for real businesses with real constraints — not MBA theory.
